We see a number of opportunities for BROODY to use As One as a resource that exists “within” BROODY and as an additional offering of BROODY.
i) Adopt and deploy As One resources to develop and grow BROODY.
ii) Adopt and deploy As One resources to add value to the BROODY proposition to current and future accelerator members.
- We’ll act as a specialized resource dedicated to Sales and Business Dev support.
- With the breadth of service offering spanning Strategy, Tools and Tactics through to Execution, we’re able to take on elements of the function or be the function.
- Adopt As One as the Yolky Games resource to take on the sales and business development function. We’ll sync with and develop your strategy, we’ll deploy the infrastructure to build sustainable, repeatable and scaleable sales…and we’ll execute the sales and BD activity.
- We see a crucial element and advantage to this kind of offering being one of market feedback. Sales is the front line and as such we can collate and highlight market needs or industry opportunities that can shape future product innovation.
- Introduce As One informally to BROODY accelerator team members that have a need for Sales and Business Dev support
- We’ll set aside time to meet the teams and understand the areas they may need guidance and resource.
- From there we’ll either help teams develop their strategy, tools and tactical skills to deliver traction themselves, or craft a way they can adopt outsourced resource.
